Weekday Delivery (Saturday – Thursday)
We strive to provide you with swift and efficient service every weekday. Here's how it works:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM — Enjoy same-day dispatch. Your order will arrive the very next business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM — Your order will be dispatched the following day, with delivery expected within 1–2 business days.
- Remote areas — Please allow an additional day for delivery to more remote or distant locations across the UAE.

Weekend & Friday Delivery Schedule
Friday
Our dispatch operations are closed on Fridays, so no online orders will be processed or dispatched on this day. However, if you place an order on Friday, rest assured it will be dispatched on Saturday, and you can expect delivery by Sunday or Monday.
Saturday
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM — Same-day dispatch. Delivery expected the next business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM — Your order will be dispatched on Monday.
Sunday
While our delivery services are unavailable on Sundays, you are always welcome to visit our store for in-person purchases and pickups. Any orders placed on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order. We offer:
- Standard Delivery — Rates calculated at checkout
- Free Delivery — Available on qualifying orders (minimum order value may apply — see checkout for current threshold)
- Special / Express Delivery — Custom quote via WhatsApp or phone
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 24 hours of your expected dispatch time, please contact us.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery timeframes may vary slightly depending on your emirate and specific location.

Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., no one available to receive the parcel), our courier will leave a notification and attempt re-delivery the following business day. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, please contact us to arrange re-delivery — additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

Prefer to collect your order in person? We offer free in-store pickup from our store at Shop No. 210, 2nd Floor, Rolla Mall, Sharjah. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification to collect at your convenience.
Store Hours: Saturday – Thursday: 11:30 AM – 11:30 PM
Closed: Fridays
