Reporting Damaged or Missing Items
After receiving your order, you have 12 hours to report any damaged or missing items upon delivery. Once a report is submitted, our support team will conduct a thorough investigation and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your request must meet the following conditions:
Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage reported after this window may not be eligible for a return or refund. Please retain all original packaging and take clear photos of the damage before contacting us.
Change of Mind / Cash Back Warranty
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a full refund, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and all components and accessories are included.
Packaging Requirements
All returned items must meet the following packaging requirements:
- All original components, accessories, manuals, and cables must be included
- Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's box
- The box must be properly sealed and undamaged
- Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts will not be accepted for return
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Software, digital products, or any item with a broken seal
- Items that have been physically damaged or modified by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
- Products reported outside the eligible return window
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. However, if your order has already left our warehouse, cancellations can only be processed by contacting us directly — the item will need to be returned to us upon delivery before a refund is issued.
If you would like to modify your order or add additional items, please inform us as soon as possible — ideally during your cancellation or modification call so we can update your order before dispatch.

Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item at our facility, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that all returned items will undergo a thorough inspection before any refund is approved.
Refund methods are as follows:
- Card Payments: Refunds will be issued to the original card or payment method used at checkout
- Cash Payments: Refunds will be provided in cash upon successful inspection of the returned item
- Online Wallet / Bank Transfer: Refunds will be returned to the original account used for payment
If you experience any delays in receiving your refund after the 3–5 business day window, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us directly and we will investigate.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team within the eligible return window (12–24 hours for damage, 15 days for change of mind)
- Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original box with all accessories included
- Return the item to our store or arrange collection as instructed by our team
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
